Speech at the United GCV Africa Assembly: Celebrating Achievements and Leadership

Africa’s achievements are nothing short of extraordinary, with over 968,442 GCV data recorded on the blockchain and 3 million Pi successfully bought back from the exchanges.

Your dedication is truly inspiring! Heartfelt thanks to Africa for your remarkable contribution to the GCV movement, and sincere appreciation to all the GCV Education Ambassadors, Ecosystem Development Ambassadors, and Head Ambassadors across the five regions of Africa:

Mr. Alexandre Tafira for the Southern region  

Mr. Iyanda Abiola Cherif for the Western region  

Mrs. Hereine Makosewa for the Eastern region 

Mr. Sirimouya Ibrahima Kasereka for the Central region

And of course, a heartfelt thank you to the Chief Ambassador of Africa, Mr. Olivier Ndatimana.

And to all of you gathered here today — what an honor it is… to be with you.

I’d like to acknowledge the dedicated Head GCV Ambassadors… for the five regions of Africa.

Your leadership is vital to our collective efforts…

and your commitment… lights the path forward. The theme before us  

“The Strategic Role of the United GCV of Africa in Reflecting on Our Past, Understanding Our Present, and Shaping the Future”  is powerful. It challenges us… to look back with gratitude…to stand firm in the present… and to look ahead… with bold vision. 

The story of GCV in Africa… is one of courage… commitment… and unshakable passion.

This journey has not been easy…

But your determination… has built a foundation of trust and collaboration. 

For that… 

I am deeply proud… to celebrate Africa’s achievements with you today. For recording 968,442 GCV data on the blockchain…you have shown the world… that Africa stands at the forefront of this movement

a continent of transparency… strength… and resolve. 

And I salute you… for your unwavering support of the Pi Buyback Campaign from April to June, 

where Africa contributed an incredible 3 million Pi… boldly bought back from exchanges… and returned to pioneers’ wallets. This is not just a number… 

This is proof of Africa’s power… unity… and unshakable commitment. 

Congratulations to each and every one of you!

You showed the world… what true solidarity looks like. 

Our movement grows stronger… when our leaders are prepared.

I urge every country… to send three National Ambassadors to undergo training with us

Ecosystem Development Ambassador…

Africa already has 50 certified ambassadors… officially certified. 

As we step into a new chapter… 

We need leaders who are ready — truly ready — 

to bring Pi directly into commerce… trade… and industry. 

Today… we are officially opening the search… for GCV Industry Alliance candidates.  

For every country… we are looking for two exceptional individuals a Chair…and a Vice Chair to lead this mission with vision… with a business mindset… courage… and action…

Leaders who understand industry… supply chains… and cross-border partnerships.

The GCV Movement and Pi Network ecosystem… need more than pioneer commitment… to reach maturity. 

Building strong GCV international industry alliances… is the key… to mass adoption… and real-world utility. 

When industries unite around 1 Pi = $314,159… the result is an ecosystem that is: 

Stable and credible… showing the world… we can maintain economic discipline…

Attractive to merchants and investors… who seek trustworthy environments…

Sustainable for the long term… protecting pioneers… and reducing risks for merchants…

Once we establish functional… reliable industry partnerships…

External players will naturally follow. These alliances are not optional…

they are the cornerstone of Pi’s global success…

and the road… to a stable Open Mainnet. 

Vietnam’s remarkable progress… is commendable.

Their Industry Alliance is: 

Partnered with Nam Binh Rice Company… a major exporter now accepting 30% Pi and 70% fiat  

with plans… to increase the Pi share…

Onboarded restaurants… health product suppliers… water distributors… and more 

building a diverse… resilient ecosystem…

Chair Mr. Dao Duc Viet… is committing an entire month…

to create a nationwide supply chain…

so pioneers in all 34 regions…

can buy essential goods and services… with Pi.

If every country follows this model…

we will prove… beyond doubt…

that GCV works… with real companies…

and can no longer… be ignored.
